In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bb98" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the bb98 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and licensors operating the website at bb98.bid.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bb98 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the bb98 website, mobile-optimised site, any progressive web application, and all services, games, and content made available through bb98.bid.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the bb98 Platform.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, all of which are incorporated by reference.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Player's bb98 Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and credited bonus funds where separately designated.

• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the bb98 platform.

These Terms and Conditions are published in English and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the English language version. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or communication in another language, the English text shall prevail.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bb98 Platform, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion request.

bb98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the bb98 Platform, you must register and maintain an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. bb98 collects your mobile number, chosen username, and password at a minimum. Additional information may be required for KYC verification purposes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered bb98 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bb98 will close all duplicates, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those Accounts, and may apply further restrictions at its sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bb98 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised use arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bb98 immediately via the live chat support function.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bb98 is required under the terms of its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method — may be requested at bb98's discretion. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawal access, regardless of Balance.

5.1 Deposits

bb98 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, and major Pakistani bank transfers including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take between one and four hours to reflect in your Account Balance.

bb98 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside bb98's control and are your responsibility to verify before initiating a deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your bb98 Account, and that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within five to fifteen minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and four business hours.

bb98 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where such checks are required, the processing timeline begins from the point at which verification is completed satisfactorily.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the bb98 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bb98 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, nor does it apply any currency conversion to Player Balances. What you deposit in PKR is held as PKR, and what you win is paid in PKR.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bb98 operates in full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements applicable under its international gaming license. bb98 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation from any Player and to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where AML checks are ongoing. All suspicious transaction activity may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses credited to your Account are valid for a stated period. Bonuses not used or wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your Balance automatically.
• bb98 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing valid bonus balances in active Accounts are honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bb98 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between Players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, bb98 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.

bb98 offers a range of games including live dealer casino games, software-based table games, slot games, fishing games, instant-win games, crash games, and sports betting markets. Each game category and individual title may be governed by its own additional rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the bb98 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes conducted by professional dealers. bb98 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the relevant third-party testing bodies and are available in each game's information panel.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, bb98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stake placed on that round to the Player's Account Balance. bb98 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, interrupted connections, or other technical failures outside bb98's reasonable control, including disruptions to Pakistani internet service providers or mobile networks.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other events offered on bb98 — are settled in accordance with bb98's official sports betting rules. Markets are settled on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a void market, stakes are returned. All bets are final once accepted; bets placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error may be voided at bb98's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb98 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension and may lead to Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one registered Account on the bb98 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or Account function on bb98.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and payment method fraud.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on bb98.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, including exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using bb98 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the bb98 Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your bb98 Account.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bb98 Account at any time by contacting the bb98 customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining Balance. bb98 will process Account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

10.2 bb98-Initiated Closure or Suspension

bb98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• bb98 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose bb98 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bb98 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the relevant funds may be forfeited.

All content on the bb98 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of bb98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bb98 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bb98 Platform without the express prior written consent of bb98. Unauthorised use of bb98's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the bb98 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption to service arising from technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bb98's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game information, or promotional content.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

bb98's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your bb98 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bb98's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

bb98 collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration and use of the Platform. The manner in which bb98 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data is described in detail in the bb98 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By registering an Account and using the bb98 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that your CNIC and other KYC documentation submitted to bb98 will be stored securely and used exclusively for identity verification and compliance purposes.

bb98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bb98 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players — typically via a notice displayed on the Platform or an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the bb98 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bb98 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bb98's standard customer support and complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established under bb98's licensing framework.
